Ok, friends, do not speed in Virginia. Unless you have this overwhelming desire to chip in and pay for Virginia's roads.
Yes, people should pay fines if they break the law. But when I read this story I immediatley thought "cruel and unusual punishment. Regardless, this sounds like a Legislature's intentions going wildly and awfully askew.
